3. Order Process

The advertising of products on our website constitutes an invitation to treat and not a contractual offer. To place an order, you must:

Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout
Provide accurate billing and shipping information
Select your delivery method and confirm your order
Complete payment via our secure payment provider

You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order. A binding contract is formed only once your order has been dispatched and a shipping confirmation has been sent to you. You will have the opportunity to review and correct any errors before confirming your order.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time
All products are subject to availability

5. Pricing & VAT

All prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise stated. Prices are displayed exclusive of VAT where applicable — any applicable VAT will be calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Rumble Diamond Jewelry reserves the right to:

Change prices at any time without prior notice
Cancel orders where a pricing error has occurred

In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund. Customs duties and import taxes for international orders outside the GCC are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Payment

Payment must be made in full at checkout. We accept the following payment methods:

Credit and debit cards (processed securely via Stripe)
Tabby — buy now, pay later in 4 instalments
Tamara — buy now, pay later

If payment is not received in accordance with these Terms, we reserve the right to withhold or cancel your order.

7. Chargebacks

If you make an unjustified chargeback on your credit card, debit card, or payment account, you will be liable to pay us:

An amount equal to the chargeback
All third-party expenses incurred in relation to the chargeback (including bank or processor fees)
An administration fee of AED 110
Any reasonable costs incurred in recovering these amounts
