We want you to love your Rumble piece. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make it right.

14-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn and in original condition
• In original packaging
• Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@rumblediamonds.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you'd like to return
• Your reason for returning

We'll respond within 48 hours with next steps, Sunday to Thursday.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalised orders
• Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered
• Items returned after the 14-day window
